In this 28 day program, we will spend 15 minutes per day together where I will instruct you through the tenets of yoga. Together we will carefully unwind the grip of anxiety on your nervous system so you can feel tangible relief.
Through my research as a transformational yoga teacher, I have found a way to get out of my head, back into my body, and to bring myself home. It is my life’s work and honor to help you do the same.

THE WHY...
For a lot of my life I lived with anxiety. I knew I had it and I also felt like I didn’t have time to “deal with it.” I was a young mom with a full career. So I went to my doctor, got on prescription medication for it and forgot about it.
And then one day, years later, I realized that the medication I was taking wasn’t actually helping me. I had a realization that I wasn’t really feeling. I wasn’t really connecting with other people. And I soon discovered that I wasn’t able to connect with myself. I got off my medication and took a wild journey out into the depths.
It was yoga that brought me home. Back into my body.
I am by no means at the end of my journey with anxiety and my personal trauma, but I know that helping others that suffer with anxiety is my purpose.
And, I have the tools to do it! My yogic studies have focused on how to reconnect with the somatic experience (the experience in the body) and how yoga reprograms our nervous system. I am so excited to offer Yoga for Anxiety.
